The work of the VoiceXML Forum takes place in its technical and operational committees. The technical committees work to certify VoiceXML platforms, to collaborate with standards organizations, to promote the VoiceXML Forum and its work, and to create publications, including requirements, best practices, and use cases. The Technical Council, which sets the strategy for all of the VoiceXML Forum’s technical initiatives, supervises the work of the technical committees.
