VoiceXML IVR Developer
Location: Florida (Position AXG-873)
Job Description:
Opportunity for an experienced Websphere Voice Response System Developer to design and develop new products and direct customer engagements. A strong knowledge of interactive voice response application (IVR) development and testing is required.
Mandatory Experience/Skills Requirements:
� Must have experience building state tables for WebSphere
� Speech recognition (WebSphere Voice Server, Nuance, ScanSoft/SpeechWorks) and TTS experience (min. 1 year)
� Strong hands-on technical skills
� Good communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Experience/Skills:
� VoiceXML development experience (min. 1 year)
� Microsoft IIS / ASP development experience
� JBOSS / WebSphere Application Server
� WebSphere Application Developer (WSAD) version 5
� Eclipse IDE Version 2
� Experience in a small, fast-paced working environment a plus

The candidate must be team player and should possess prior customer engagement experience. Will work in a dynamic environment, building and supporting Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions, Speech Recognition, and Unified Messaging systems. Our solutions utilize Cisco ISR Routers, Vocalocity, Genesys and IBM WebSphere Voice Response/Server. Typical customers tend to be telcos, large enterprises, government agencies, and call centers.
