Hello ,
i would like to develop and setup a dynamic voicexml application. Can somebody please confirm what is necessary in order to set it up :
_ IVR
_ Telephone card (such as Intel Dialogic) that will connect IVR to Telephone network
_ TTS & ASR engine
_ Voicexml interpreter
_ Webserver that will run dynamic application (in my casa ASP.NET)
Also has anybody heard of Asterisk ? It is an open source software that acts as a telephony server.
Has anybody managed to get it work as an IVR ?
Is it reliable ? Is SipX(another open source software) better ?
Also has anybody ever managed to make it work with Nuance,Scansoft TTS & ASR engine ?
