Good luck gigaboy, if Microsoft couldn't sell their SALT stuff, you probably won't do much better. ;-)
I actually fail to see the utility of a tool that converts SALT to VoiceXML. SALT is to VoiceXML what assembly language is to Java. This fact and the observation that precious few out there were naive enough to implement applications in SALT to begin with seems to really limit the usefulness of such a tool. Furthermore, the lastest version of Microsoft's (soon to be discontinued) speech server supports VoiceXML as well as SALT. For those that use the Microsoft platform, they can use the SALT interpreter to run their legacy SALT apps and VoiceXML for all future apps.
