Realizing Robust Enterprise Voice Applications

Building a successful voice application infrastructure for an increasing demand of sophisticated services for today and tomorrow’s enterprise voice applications requires three important design attributes: extensibility, stability, and vendor independence. In this article, these three attributes are discussed and demonstrated based on technologies implemented in our patent pending Personal Assistance Alert Messenger (PAAM).
