Job Title: Senior Speech Application Engineer
Job Description: As a member of the core R&D; team design and build speech related systems of our product. Provide expertise in the areas of Speech Recognition, Voice XML, Speech Synthesis, CTI, and related technologies. Take ownership of systems from conception through deployment. Your work will make a significant and direct impact to the company�s bottom line.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters computer science, electrical engineering or closely related field or equivalent.
Strong academic background in speech technologies is a plus
5+ years of industry experience in speech technologies - including building network-based speech recognition systems, and IVR applications.
Expertise in speech vocabulary and grammar development, and speech tuning
Good understanding of speech standards like VXML.
Sound knowledge of the various components that make a network-based speech system (including recognizers, TTS engines, VXML interpreters, CTI and telephony)
Working knowledge of one or more object oriented programming languages such as C#, Java or C++.
Experience building commercial software products is a plus.
Familiarity designing voice user interfaces is a plus.
Team player with strong oral and written communication skills
