Audium is currently seeking to grow its New York City based Sales Support staff.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, accomplished professional with a background of success in all aspects of pre- and post-sales activities including technical presentations, product demonstrations, written RFP/RFI responses and some aspects of business development.

Audium is the worldwide leader in VoiceXML application software that enables intelligent, personalized speech applications while reducing costs.
Audium�s core products - Audium Studio and Call Services � give customers a powerful way to build, run, manage and improve voice IVRs using open standards. The Company has offices in New York, Boston, Sydney and the UK with an extensive network of OEM�s, VAR�s, Systems Integrators and ASP�s worldwide.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be expected to effectively communicate the value of an Audium solution to both partner sales representatives and enterprise stakeholders.
Professional experience to date should demonstrate an ability to articulate both business and technical value of a given product in many varied contexts including:
- face to face presentations
- written correspondence
- trade show and partner conference participation
- partner sales training and education
- collaboration with both internal and partner product managers
Required Experience & Knowledge:
The ideal candidate should have superior communications skills, an open mind and an ability to rapidly assimilate new information.
Additionally, they should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment where the right person can play a vital role in the growth and success of the Company.
Some knowledge of software development, web architecture, telephony hardware and software, advanced speech recognition, and text-to-speech engines is preferred, but not required.
A bachelor�s degree or equivalent is required.
