OVERVIEW:
Significant career opportunity for a highly-qualified Voice User Interface guru to change the world of Self-Service Call Automation. This unique company is automating and speechifying direct response radio to drive telephone calls from consumers all over the country - for all types of products. So far, the company has designed a one-of-a-kind automatic order system unlike anything on Earth. Its sole purpose is to turn the calls into sales opportunities for a broad customer base.
Seeking a Voice User Interface Manager who can take their proven knowledge of killer sales techniques and combine it with this revolutionary technology to ensure every call answered rings the customers� cash registers. The perfect person for this position is an outside-the-box powerhouse who knows how to write brilliant caller experiences and call flow scenarios that seal the deal.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 5-8 years experience in voice user interface role for real-time embedded applications.
* Proven expertise in speech technologies and VUI design, development and testing.
* Give this technology a human voice, and work with the technology team to bring that experience to life.
* Thorough understanding of the psychology of sales, such that you can create caller experiences that mirror the best live sales agent.
* Inbound sales center experience preferred.
* Track record of building complex speech applications that deliver an ROI above live agents.
* Bachelors degree in business, psychology and/or computer science preferred.
* Experience building a team.
