The FTC public comment period for the two proposed
amendments to the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) has been extended. The FTC extended the comment period by 40 days, which expires on Monday, December 18, 2006. See-> http://www3.ftc.gov/opa/2006/11/fyi0671.htm , and
